Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors

6th Annual Golf Fund Raiser to benefit: Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors

On Memorial Day we remember those who gave their lives defending our freedom. On the following weekend, WoGD raises money to help the families they left behind, through the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS). TAPS is a nonprofit organization which helps families of fallen service members with counseling, mentoring and scholarships. See more at https://www.taps.org. We don’t have to be super heroes to help other people, because working together for a common goal, we can do great things.

Through our 5 years of holding the Weapons of Grass Destruction golf event, we have been able to raise over $45,000 to help this cause. This wouldn’t have been possible without the help of the golfers, sponsors, donors, and volunteers.

We are asking you to be part of this great event, join us to have some fun, while we raise money to help others.
